Matinee

With the renowned ensemble “Collegium Viennense”, the Mozartgemeinde Niederösterreich presents harmony music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in combination with the world premiere of a work by Werner Schulze in the newly renovated Former Synagogue. The holiday matinée will begin with the overture to Mozart's opera “Le Nozze di Figaro”. This will be followed by “5 Bagatelles” by Werner Schulze, which were composed especially for the Mozartgemeinde Niederösterreich and its director Kurt Franz Schmid. After the interval, Mozart again: the “Gran Partita”, the great Serenade KV 361 in B flat major, which for this matinée will be supplemented with texts by the well-known musicologist and radio presenter Otto Brusatti and interpreted by the actress Eszter Hollósi.

Tickets at a price of € 20,- (pupils: € 5,-) are available at the box office from 10 am.
